**Performance Metrics and Compensation:**
We're committed to paying our Data Entry Specialists fairly for their work. Our compensation structure is based on throughput, with the following rates:
* $30 per hour for submitting 3 relevant applications per hour
* $40 per hour for submitting 4 or more relevant applications per hour
