As a Job Application Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our recruitment team, working closely with our hiring managers to identify and apply for job openings that align with our company's needs. **Key Responsibilities** As our Job Application Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: * Searching high-quality job boards, including Indeed, LinkedIn, and BuiltIn, for specific job titles provided by our hiring managers * Creating a comprehensive list of job openings, including the URL, location, pay, company name, and other relevant details, in a shared Google Sheet * Applying for job openings using our provided email address, resume information, and answers to any Q&A sections * Tracking the date and time of each application submission in the shared Google Sheet **Performance Metrics and Compensation** Your success as our Job Application Coordinator will be measured by your ability to find and submit job applications at a rate of 3+ per hour. You will be paid $30 per hour for meeting this threshold, with an additional $10 per hour for every relevant application submitted above the 3-per-hour mark. For example, if you submit 4+ relevant applications in an hour, you will be paid $40 per hour. Payments will be made within 24 hours of time entry into the shared Google Sheet. **What We're Looking For** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * Excellent data entry skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter information into a shared Google Sheet * Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple job openings simultaneously * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely provide information to our hiring managers * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and flag irrelevant job openings * Familiarity with Google Sheets and other productivity tools * Ability to meet or exceed performance metrics, with a focus on quality and accuracy **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role: * Experience in data entry or a related field * Familiarity with job boards and recruitment platforms * Knowledge of software engineering or a related field * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Job Application Coordinator at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
