**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll work closely with our team to receive and process customer orders, manage inventory, and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety. **Key Responsibilities**
Some of your key duties and responsibilities may include:
* Receiving and putting away inventory in a timely and accurate manner
* Getting customer orders ready and packing them up with precision and care
* Loading boxes into trucks for shipment, ensuring that all items are securely stored and accounted for
* Using scanners to read bar codes on products, maintaining accurate records and tracking inventory levels
* Viewing prompts on screens and following directions for tasks, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively
* Troubleshooting problems and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Ensuring that all products meet quality requirements, adhering to strict safety and quality standards
* Operating power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers, and working at heights up to 35 feet (equipment training and certification provided free of cost)
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be able to:
* Lift up to 49 pounds, with the ability to push utility carts up to 60 pounds
* Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts, maintaining a high level of physical fitness and mobility
* Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently
* Go up and down stairs (where applicable), working at heights of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
* Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and commitment to excellence

Our warehouse is a fast-paced and dynamic space, with moving machines and equipment that require attention to safety protocols. You'll work in a variety of areas, including merch, make-on-demand, customer returns, Prime Now, and general fulfillment.
**Work Environment**
Our warehouse is a temperature-controlled environment, with temperatures ranging from 60 F to 90 F in some areas. On hot days, temperatures can be over 90 F in the truck yard or inside trailers. We also provide hearing protection if you need it, as the noise level can be high at times.
