Your primary responsibilities will include: * Performing high-volume data entry work in a timely and accurate manner * Preparing information for data entry and ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date * Providing entry-level administrative support to the data entry function, including performing clerical functions and data entry tasks * Identifying and correcting errors, and swiftly bringing them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary * Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques and established procedures * Training new data entry employees on computer systems and ensuring that they're equipped to perform their duties effectively * Performing routine clerical and data entry functions, including typing, faxing, and data entry duties * Ensuring timely data entry and file management, and operating data entry devices to perform a variety of keypunching data entry and verification duties * Reviewing and verifying data prior to entry, and performing daily audits and data entry corrections **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred * 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook * Experience with data entry software and systems, including EMR systems **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * Experience working in a healthcare or medical records environment * Familiarity with data program techniques and established procedures * Certification in medical records or a related field * Experience with data entry devices and equipment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to the growth and development of our employees.
