Position Overview

We are currently looking for a dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis.   • Accurate Data Input: Perform high-volume data entry tasks in our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system and other databases, ensuring 100% accuracy in all entries.
  • Information Preparation: Gather, organize, and prepare information for data entry, reviewing source documents for completeness and accuracy before inputting.
  • Database Maintenance: Update and maintain company databases with new information, ensuring all records are current, accurate, and properly categorized.
  • Error Identification and Correction: Identify, analyze, and correct data entry errors promptly. Flag any discrepancies to the appropriate team members for resolution.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and verify all data prior to final entry, performing self-audits to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Communication: Liaise with internal employees and external customers to collect necessary information, respond to inquiries, and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Administrative Support: Provide entry-level administrative support including typing, faxing, document preparation, and general clerical functions as needed.
