We're committed to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, where our employees can grow and thrive. **Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in our operations team, responsible for processing a high volume of orders on a daily basis. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that orders are accurately processed, and customers receive timely responses to their inquiries. Your excellent communication skills will also enable you to effectively collaborate with our sales, marketing, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless customer satisfaction. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Processing a high volume of orders on a daily basis, with a deep understanding of specific requirements for each order/customer * Reviewing orders for accuracy and ensuring that all necessary information is complete and up-to-date * Providing customers with timely responses to questions on order status, tracking, and other general inquiries * Managing online customer orders and associated data via EDI portals * Generating internal reports to sales and production teams to inform business decisions * Regularly communicating with the warehouse to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise * Invoicing orders daily, weekly, and as needed to ensure timely payment * Supporting the sales and marketing team as needed, providing administrative assistance and data entry services * Handling other general office duties, including rotating tasks within the department as needed to ensure a smooth workflow **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a high degree of proficiency in data entry using software, online portals, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools. Previous experience with ERP software is also highly desirable. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
