Address their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth rental experience. * **Data Entry**: Accurately enter and maintain customer and rental information in our database. Ensure that all records are current and error-free. * **Travel/Accommodation Bookings**: Help customers with booking accommodations, flights, and other travel arrangements to enhance their car rental experience.
