**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders and teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages that meet business needs
* Developing, validating, and executing complex queries, creating intricate reports, and performing in-depth data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients
* Designing and developing packages for internal clients
* Evaluating data needs for assigned projects, ensuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
* Transforming data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
* Troubleshooting technical issues
* Presenting findings and recommendations to internal clients and stakeholders
**Required Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 2-4 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
+ Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.)
+ Excel
+ Visual Basic for Applications
+ Reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)
+ Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript

+ Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, experience in the following areas is highly desirable:
* Reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
* Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
* Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle
* Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL
* Crystal Reporting experience
