**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Data Analyst II – Information Expert, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Researching, gathering, and analyzing customer data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
* Developing and maintaining complex data models, including data pipelines and ETL processes
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs
* Creating data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders
* Identifying and addressing data quality issues to ensure accurate and reliable data
* Developing and maintaining data governance policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience with data analysis tools, including SQL, Python, and data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
* Strong understanding of data quality principles and practices, including data governance and data security
* Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as Google Bigquery and Hive
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications will be advantageous:
* Experience working in the retail or financial services industries
* Strong knowledge of machine learning and AI models
