**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Testimonial Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Reviewing AI-flagged Gong calls to identify and validate positive customer testimonials
* Extracting high-quality testimonial clips and following established SOPs for processing
* Trimming and cropping video/audio segments to highlight the most compelling testimonial moments
* Organizing testimonial assets by product features, use cases, and customer segments
* Maintaining and updating a structured spreadsheet with detailed testimonial metadata
* Uploading and organizing files in shared drives using proper naming conventions
* Identifying and flagging high-priority testimonials for immediate marketing use
* Ensuring quality, consistency, and organization across all media assets
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Experience with video/audio editing tools (e.g., QuickTime, iMovie, Clipchamp, Descript)
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to identify and extract impactful customer quotes
* Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive) or similar tools
* Excellent file management and naming discipline
* Strong written communication skills for transcript cleanup and documentation
* Self-starter with the ability to manage tasks independently
