**About the Job**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our Data Entry and Billing Operations team in Chicopee, Massachusetts. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery and billing of WSJ/Barron's to Discount, Retail, and Convenience accounts. This position involves inbound and outbound customer service interactions and follow-up, with minimal management. You will work closely with our Deals and Production administrators to support print focus dispatch and routing plan changes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle account creation and management for various print offices
* Direct record supply management and billing section support
* Handle Inbound and Outbound customer interactions through email and telephone
* Assist customers with questions regarding supply, returns, and exploration connected with billing inquiries
* Work with Deals and Production administrators to support print focus dispatch and routing plans changes
* Assist with all aspects of customer invoice process, requiring intense attention to detail and the ability to meet inflexible time targets
* Foster a working understanding of the Lattice Single Duplicate Framework and other course and business frameworks
**Requirements:**
* Years of general office and earlier customer service experience
* Solid written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
* MS Word proficiency and experience with Excel (ability to maintain complex accounting sheets)
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize a fluctuating daily responsibility
* Willingness to work 9:00 to 5:00 pm and adaptability to ensure inclusion
