Your key responsibilities will include: * Implementing the online community moderation strategy, working closely with our community manager to ensure our Discord and Telegram channels deliver high-quality customer service and support to our communities. * Presenting and demonstrating our products/services to potential clients. * Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Collaborating with the business development team to support potential clients with their questions regarding our products. * Staying updated on industry trends and competition activities, ensuring that our clients receive the most up-to-date and relevant information. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities.
