Position Overview
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to customers of one of the nation's leading tax preparation software providers. In this position, you will assist taxpayers via phone, chat, and video chat platforms, helping them navigate the tax software, locate previous tax returns, and understand the amendment process.
This seasonal position runs through April 15th, offering you the opportunity to be part of something bigger during one of the most important financial periods of the year. You'll be helping everyday Americans complete one of their most significant annual tasks with confidence and ease.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities as a Customer Support Representative will include:

Schedule Details
We understand that life doesn't always fit into a traditional 9-to-5 schedule, which is why we offer unparalleled flexibility:

- Create your own schedule based on your availability and preferences
- Available hours span from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM CST, seven days a week
- Both weekday and weekend options are available

Compensation and Earnings

- Base Rate: Earn up to $19 per hour
- Performance Bonuses: Contractors who meet or exceed key metrics earn an average equivalent of $16-$19/hour during peak times (January through April)
- Non-Peak Rates: During off-peak periods, qualified contractors earn $15.60-$17.50/hour
- Peak Season Premium: Enhanced rates apply during the critical tax season months of January through April

- Must reside in and work from the United States
- Currently, we are unable to accept contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington

- Must be able to work during the specified hours of operation
- Must have the legal right to work as an independent contractor in the United States
