**Key Responsibilities**
* Connect directly with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries and concerns
* Conduct thorough investigations and issue resolution to provide suitable solutions to customers
* Work with empathy, attention to detail, persistence, and thoughtfulness to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Collaborate with colleagues and partners across various levels of the organization using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, and webcams
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

**Essential Qualifications**
* 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) in a written evaluation
* Ability to multitask (e.g., handle phone calls while searching on the computer and taking notes) and perform well in a high-speed environment
* Proficiency in using computers, both for data entry and navigation through systems and the web to find information to support customers
* Ability to adapt to change with the business needs of the organization
* Flexibility to adjust schedule and work beyond 40 hours depending on the situation by the specialty unit
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to pass a personal investigation
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, business, communications)
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
* Certification in customer service or a related field
**Technical Requirements**
* A dedicated workspace that is large enough to accommodate computer screens and is free from distractions, including background noise that may impact the customer experience
* A workspace that is suitable for webcam use

* A wireless or tablet device that can be used for two-factor authentication through Okta Confirm
* A headset and webcam for video conferencing and customer interactions
