You will be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions with clients will be guided by our core values of honesty, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Establishing rapport and showing empathy with clients, making them feel valued and understood * Effectively using internal resources to arrive at the right solution for the client * Demonstrating excellent customer service skills, with a focus on perseverance and accuracy * Defining problems clearly and raising concerns when necessary * Taking initiative to acquire the expertise and knowledge needed to effectively resolve client issues * Assisting clients with professionalism, while following measurable business goals **The Expertise and Skills You Bring** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills and qualities, including: * A degree or customer service experience is helpful, but not required. You must have open availability from 7:30am to 11:00pm CST, with the ability to work overtime during peak call periods. **Certifications and Background Checks** arenaflex is committed to ensuring the safety and security of our associates and clients. As a result, certain roles may require candidates to undergo a preliminary credit check during the screening process. Candidates who are presented with an offer will need to undergo a background investigation, which may include a review of their criminal, civil litigations, and regulatory history, as well as employment, education, and credit review (role dependent).
