**The Role**
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including email, phone, and video. You'll be responsible for:
* Responding to support inquiries in a timely and professional manner, using your active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns
* Keeping our knowledge base up-to-date, ensuring that customers have access to accurate and helpful information
* Creating short product videos to teach best practices and showcase the benefits of our product
* Identifying gaps in our product that impact customer success and working with our Product and Development teams to resolve issues
* Identifying opportunities for customer training and working with our Success team to develop proactive training programs
* Completing quarterly projects that enhance the customer experience and align with your areas of interest
**What We're Looking For**
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer support and has a proven track record of building strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have:
* 2+ years of experience in a Customer Support or Technical Support role for a software product (SaaS support experience is a plus, but not a deal breaker)
* Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
* Experience working closely with other functions like Development, Marketing, Success, and Product
* Experience working with a support platform like Zendesk, Help Scout, Intercom, etc.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels
* Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in the health and wellness industry or with a similar software product
* Experience creating content, such as blog posts, videos, or knowledge base articles
* Familiarity with Google Meet or other video conferencing tools
* Experience working with a CRM or customer relationship management system
