**What You'll Do:**
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Connecting directly with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and explain order requests
* Examining and resolving issues to determine suitable solutions for clients and center partners, and following up as necessary to resolve issues
* Completing data entry of solutions into arenaflex healthcare software
* Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
* Working with empathy, attention, patience, compassion, and thoughtfulness to clients and partners alike
* Working with a willingness to learn and grow, and being open to feedback and development opportunities
* Communicating with veterinary facilities via telephone (and occasionally other stations) with various topics, primarily using our internal program and systems to explore solutions and record center note accounts
* Expecting a significant portion of the average business day to be spent on outbound veterinary facility/client telephone contacts
**What You'll Need:**
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
* Exhibit excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
* Be able to perform multiple tasks (e.g., chatting on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)
* Work with ownership, be a self-starter, and stand out enough to be noticed to detail
* Have experience with Microsoft Office
* Have a high school diploma or equivalent
* Be able to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy where applicable
* Possess decisive reasoning abilities
* Have demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks and perform well in a fast-paced environment
* Be able to adapt to change as per the business needs of the organization
* Be flexible with your schedule and willing to stay at work longer than required depending on the situation by the specialty unit
* Be able to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive data
* Pass a personal background check
