Your key responsibilities will include: * Providing top-tier service to customers, addressing their billing, insurance verification, product, and service inquiries in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. * Managing both inbound and outbound calls, proactively identifying solutions to anticipated customer questions and taking ownership of customer issues from start to finish. * Collaborating with pharmacists and pharmacy staff when necessary to resolve complex customer issues. * Delivering timely service to enhance customer relationships, seeing every interaction as an opportunity to build lasting connections. * Promoting customer safety and adherence to arenaflex's Work From Home policy. * Offering technical support for navigating pharmacy.amazon.com. * Managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting productivity and quality standards. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years or older). * 6+ years of professional experience with computer and online tools. * Proven multitasking skills with phone and computer abilities. * Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate: * 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Experience in a customer service or call center environment. * Familiarity with the healthcare sector. * Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting while meeting productivity and quality standards. * Demonstrated teamwork skills. **Why arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where our employees can thrive.
