With a strong presence on the West Coast, we're expanding our customer support team to meet the growing demands of our clients. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and live chat requests from our West Coast clients. You'll provide timely and effective solutions to customer concerns, build sustainable relationships, and work collaboratively with our team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction. If you're a customer service professional with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** • Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and live chat requests from our West Coast clients • Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions in a timely and effective manner • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve a high level of satisfaction • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication • Work on other service-related projects as they arise to support the growth and success of arenaflex • Collaborate with our team to share best practices, improve processes, and drive customer satisfaction **Requirements** • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment • Excellent ability to clearly communicate through phone, email, and live chat, with a strong focus on active listening and empathy • High attention to detail with research and investigative skills to resolve complex customer issues • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations • Willingness to work the appropriate hours to support our West Coast clients, including evenings and weekends • Experience with Mac Operating systems, internet services, browser functions, and basic software applications • SaaS experience a plus, but not required • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required (Visa Sponsorship not available) **Essential Skills and Competencies** • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Mac Operating systems and basic software applications **Preferred Qualifications** • Experience working in a customer support role in a SaaS environment • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services (training provided) • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software • Certification in customer service or a related field **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
