**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Developing and executing account plans to drive customer satisfaction and business growth

**Requirements**

* At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within life sciences (e.g. pharmaceuticals, medical devices), or within healthcare, SaaS, or consulting
* A strong foundation in customer success principles, technologies, and processes
