Our Revenue Cycle Management Division is a key part of our business, and we're seeking a talented Customer Service Support Representative to join our team. As a representative of arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers to ensure that all client needs are addressed accurately and efficiently. **Job Description** As a Customer Service Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing world-class customer experiences to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Following approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to update and provide necessary information to resolve denied claims * Continuous evaluation of current policies and SOPs, and providing recommendations for process improvements * Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner * Reading and understanding of explanation of benefits or correspondence * Documenting all activity made to a claim * Communicating via telephone with physicians, insurance companies, and patients * Utilizing tools to verify eligibility, claim status, and/or to obtain better billing information **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring that all needs are addressed accurately and efficiently * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes * Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge **Requirements** * High School Diploma or equivalent * REMOTE WORK: Dedicated work from home space, ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity * Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus **Technical Requirements** * Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second * No satellite internet * Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord.
