We're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering. **Job Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service via telephone, email, and online channels * Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner * Proactively identifying solutions to customer problems and escalating complex issues to senior team members * Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues * Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge **Key Responsibilities:** * Help clients and other consultants via telephone, email, and online with charging/insurance checks, products, or service questions * Oversee both inbound and outbound calls * Proactively identify answers to questions you expect our clients to have in every interaction * Adopt an empathetic approach to resolving each issue, from start to finish or escalating to clinical advisors and pharmacy staff if medical advice is required * Provide top-tier customer service experience to our clients while working in a fast-paced environment * Assist with addressing client requests regarding their insurance and copays, as needed * Furnish our clients with specialized help while exploring pharmacy.amazon.com * Serve clients promptly to ensure we're building a long-term relationship * View every interaction as an opportunity to build a lasting relationship **Virtual Area -** UT **Essential Capabilities:** * Should reside in the state of Utah * High school diploma or equivalent * 4+ years of professional experience working with computers and online tools * Experience performing multiple tasks with telephone and computer skills * Designed broadband internet connection either through DSL, cable, or fiber to the home (FiOS or FiberOptic) with a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload contracted speed * Ability to adjust your schedule frequently (at least every 2 weeks), with a 14-day advance notice * Ability to work in a home environment that is private and free from distractions (e.g., barking dogs, TV noise, music, children, etc.) and provide complete focus to the client during work hours **Preferred Capabilities:** * 1+ years of significant telephone or email customer support experience * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) * Experience working in a customer service or call center environment * Experience working in a healthcare setting * Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting standards for efficiency and quality * Demonstrated ability to work as a team member **USA Job Market Trends:** The job market in the United States is constantly evolving, with various trends shaping the industry.
