You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using a self-scheduling platform to select your work hours and enjoy a flexible schedule that suits your needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer incoming calls from customers and provide exceptional customer service * Review customer history as necessary to resolve issues and provide personalized support * Follow policy and procedure guidelines to ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer requests * Help customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, and process refunds * Provide or confirm customers' travel itinerary and assist with travel-related issues * Place outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer issues * Document information and outcomes as necessary to maintain accurate records **Essential Functions** * Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Review customer history to resolve issues and provide personalized support * Follow policy and procedure guidelines to ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer requests * Help customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, and process refunds * Provide or confirm customers' travel itinerary and assist with travel-related issues * Place outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer issues * Document information and outcomes as necessary to maintain accurate records **About You** To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need: * Prior customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry or a related field * Strong geographical knowledge and the ability to navigate multiple applications * Excellent customer service skills, including strong listening and communication skills * Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment * Ability to organize, prioritize, anticipate situations, act, and see issues through to completion * Self-directed and able to work proactively in a high-growth environment * Strong typing skills and proficiency in using the internet and navigating multiple applications * Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent support to colleagues **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills * Demonstrated empathy and ability to work effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities **Technical Requirements** * Computer and equipment meeting the following specifications: + Internet: High-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or satellite) + Operating System: Windows 10 + Processor: Intel Core i5, 1.5 GHz and above + Memory: 8GB of RAM + Hard Drive: 256GB + Browser: Internet Explorer 11 and latest version of Google Chrome + Monitor: Dual monitors, each capable of displaying at least 1920 x 1080 pixels + Sound: Sound card (standard on most computers) + Virus Protection: Up-to-date anti-virus software + Headset: USB noise-canceling headset **Work Environment and Culture** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a flexible schedule, competitive compensation package, and a dynamic work environment that's both fun and fulfilling.
