That's why we've developed our Heart At Work Behaviors, which empower our colleagues to transform our culture and accelerate innovation. **Position Summary** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. You will take inbound calls, provide solutions to simplify their healthcare experience, and have the opportunity to learn more about healthcare while expanding your own experiences. With our comprehensive training program, you'll be equipped to succeed in this role and grow within our organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions * Take inbound calls, provide solutions to simplify their healthcare experience, and offer heart-driven service to our plan members * Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients * Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise * Learn more about healthcare, expand your own experiences, and open doors to additional opportunities within arenaflex **Work from Home Flexibility** We offer work from home flexibility if you meet the criteria, which includes: * Maintaining your own internet with approved speed requirements * Secure workspace free from distractions * Successful completion of the training program * Adherence to HIPAA and governmental compliance **Training and Development** Our comprehensive training program includes: * Virtual training of a minimum of 6 weeks after 2 days of onsite new colleague orientation * Hands-on learning while interacting with trainers, self-paced modules, and leadership engagement from day 1 * Training location can vary by individual experience with onsite and WFH positions **Schedule Options** We offer flexible schedule options, including full-time schedules ranging from 30-40 hours per week. We want to see you excel! **Pay and Benefits** * Pay rates start at $17.50 * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, and a wide range of supplemental benefits and discount programs * Time off package, including company-paid holidays, PTO, and Floating Holidays * Benefit and PTO eligibility begins the month following your start day * Opportunities for tuition reimbursement, education assistance, and free development courses **Required Qualifications** * 1 year experience interacting with customers (i.e. call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience) * Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications **Preferred Qualifications** * Associates degree or equivalent experience * Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner * Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life * Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards * Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence * Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism * Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills * At least 6 months of healthcare experience **Education** High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $25.65 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
