As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping our clients achieve their goals.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address their questions and concerns
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
* Responding to requests for assistance and processing payments
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Providing feedback on call issues
* Upselling when required
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* Proven call center experience
* Entry-level network troubleshooting skills, including the ability to set up home Wi-Fi networks, routers, and switches
* Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer
* A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
* The ability to type at least 25 words per minute
* Comfort with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
* Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred

To work from home, you'll need:
* A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps
* An ISP with no packet loss and a ping under 50ms
* Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
* Proof of internet speed required
