This role requires independent and self-directed performance while working across a greater team. You'll work closely with our Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications while working closely with the patient. **Key Responsibilities** * Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients with a goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients * Conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications while working closely with the patient * Perform numerous adherence outreach efforts to ensure our patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies * Effectively handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers while proactively gaining patient and order information * Provide customer education and routine assessment and problem identification with appropriate escalation to a pharmacist * Maintain a working knowledge of insurance, healthcare, reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing, processing of new referrals, and providing customer education **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone * 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application * Must reside in the state of Nevada * Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting * Knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
