We are passionate about providing excellent customer service with empathy, while resolving patients' questions on the first call. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact directly with patients to influence generic utilization, therapy changes, answer questions, solve problems, provide education, and maintain our company's reputation for high-quality service. This role requires independent and self-directed performance while working across a greater team. You will work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications while working closely with the patient. Additionally, you will be responsible for numerous adherence outreach efforts to ensure our patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies. **Key Responsibilities** * Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients with a goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients * Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications * Conduct numerous adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies * Effectively handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers while proactively gaining patient and order information * Maintain a working knowledge of insurance, healthcare, reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing, processing of new referrals, and providing customer education * Routine assessment and problem identification with appropriate escalation to a pharmacist **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone * 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application * Must reside in the state of Nevada * Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry * Knowledge of generic medications and therapy changes * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information * Strong organizational and time management skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** * Comprehensive training program to ensure your success on the team * Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company * Access to free development courses and education assistance * Opportunities to work with a dynamic and innovative team **Work Environment and Company Culture** * Work from home flexibility with approved internet speed requirements and a secure workspace free from distractions * Adherence to HIPAA and governmental compliance required in this role * Monday-Friday schedule with weekends off * Flexible work schedule with set days off and hours * Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, and a wide range of supplemental benefits and discount programs **Compensation and Benefits** * The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $28.45 per hour * Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, and a wide range of supplemental benefits and discount programs * Paid Time Off (PTO) or vacation pay, as well as paid holidays throughout the calendar year * Number of paid holidays, sick time, and other time off provided consistent with relevant state law and company policies **How to Apply** * Apply online through our website * Take our Virtual Job Tryout to fast track the recruitment process and start your career with arenaflex * Application window closes on June 28, 2024 **Join arenaflex today and be a part of transforming the way we deliver personalized, convenient, and affordable healthcare services.**
