As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing solutions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize probing question skills to actively listen to customers and understand their needs
* Meet sales targets and manage objections to reduce churn
* Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**What We Offer**
* Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr
* An 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)

**Qualifications**
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong multitasking abilities
* Driven by solving problems and meeting goals
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
* Experience in customer service and sales
* High school diploma or equivalent

* A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work
* Excellent Internet connectivity:
