**About the Role**
As a Member Experience Operator, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our members. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Providing accurate and helpful information to members regarding their benefits and services
* Escalating complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
* Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
* Meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and issue resolution
**Requirements and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **1 Year of Customer Service Experience**: You'll have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
* **Strong Communication Skills**: You'll be able to effectively communicate with members, colleagues, and management in a clear and concise manner.
* **Problem-Solving Skills**: You'll be able to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions to resolve them.
* **Bilingual (Spanish/English) Skills**: While not required, bilingual skills are highly desired and come with an immediate $1 per hour bump in pay.
* **Ability to Pass a Background Check**: You'll need to pass a thorough background check to ensure the safety and security of our members.
