**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for helping arenaflex customers with their questions and concerns about our products and services. You'll work with a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to provide top-notch support and ensure our customers have a seamless tax filing experience.
**Key Responsibilities**

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
