**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of vendors and clients to plan and execute unforgettable travel experiences. Your main goal will be to make every vacation stress-free and enjoyable for our clients. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Researching various destinations and needs of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews, and more
* Diagnosing clients' specifications and suggesting suitable travel packages and/or services
* Organizing travel from beginning to end, including supplying travelers with pertinent information and useful travel material
* Collecting deposits and managing client payments
* Using promotional techniques and preparing promotional material to sell itineraries and tour packages
* Handling unforeseen issues and determining eligibility for credits/refunds
* Maintaining relationships with key persons
* Keeping financial statements and documents
* Asking for help and guidance when needed
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* Proficiency in English; multilingualism is a plus
* Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach
* Well-versed in various areas of travel, including domestic, international, business, holidays, groups, and individual travel
* Ability to present, persuade, and communicate effectively
* Demonstrate ability to handle crises
* Self-motivated, positive attitude, and willingness to learn and adapt
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role:
* Previous experience in customer service or sales
* Knowledge of the travel industry and its various components
* Familiarity with travel software and technology
