We're currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a seasonal temporary basis, working 20 hours per week during our busy holiday season (October 2025-January 2026). As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in managing increased customer inquiries, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience, and directly contributing to arenaflex's success.

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing customer inquiries via our ticketing system, Gorgias, and over the phone
* Updating customer records in the system, including notes about interactions
* Ensuring customer satisfaction by acknowledging and resolving customer complaints with empathy
* Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
* Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
