**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Building and maintaining relationships with both existing and potential clients through exceptional customer service and sales techniques

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* One or more years of work experience
* A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you will know your schedule four weeks in advance)
* Openness to picking up additional shifts and earning more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods
* Experience working in a commission-based environment (an asset)
* Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions (an asset)
* Customer service experience (an asset)
