Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing Exceptional Customer Service: You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch service to every customer who walks through our doors. * Cross-Selling and Promotions: You'll have the opportunity to cross-sell items to complement the customer's purchase and highlight current marketing promotions. * Maintaining a Clean Store: You'll assist in maintaining a clean store environment, including taking out trash, sweeping, and mopping. * Stocking Shelves and Coolers: You'll be responsible for stocking shelves and coolers and assisting with receiving deliveries to the store. Essential Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A Can-Do Attitude and Customer Service-Driven Personality: You'll be a natural people person with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. * Prior Customer Service Experience: You'll have at least 6 months to 1-year prior customer service experience, with cash handling experience a plus. * Flexibility and Adaptability: You'll be able to work a flexible schedule and adapt to a fast-paced environment. * Results-Driven and Goal-Oriented: You'll be a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to achieving sales goals and targets. * Certification and Training: You'll be required to successfully complete the TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certificates. Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, the following qualifications would be a bonus: * Experience in Retail or Convenience Store Environment: You'll have prior experience working in a retail or convenience store environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. * Leadership or Teamwork Experience: You'll have experience leading a team or working collaboratively with others to achieve common goals. * Language Skills: You'll be fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
