Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing Exceptional Customer Service: You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch service to every customer, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have. * Cross-Selling and Upselling: You'll have the opportunity to cross-sell and upsell items to complement the customer's purchase, as well as highlighting current marketing promotions. * Maintaining a Clean Store: You'll assist in maintaining a clean store, including taking out trash, sweeping, and mopping. * Stocking Shelves and Coolers: You'll be responsible for stocking shelves and coolers, as well as assisting with receiving deliveries to the store. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A Can-Do Attitude and Customer Service-Driven Personality: You'll need to have a positive attitude, be customer-focused, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Prior Customer Service Experience: You'll need at least 6 months to 1-year prior customer service experience, with cash handling experience being a plus. * Flexibility: You'll need to be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Results-Driven: You'll need to be a results-driven individual who thrives working in a fast-paced environment. * Certifications: You'll need to successfully complete the TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certificates.
