We're a company that values learning and growth, and we're passionate about developing our team members into leaders. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their goals. You'll work closely with our Center Owner or Manager to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience, and you'll be responsible for operating our point-of-sale system, copiers/printers, rental computers, and other store equipment. You'll also have the opportunity to train and mentor new team members and contribute to the success of our franchise locations. **Responsibilities** * Assist customers with all store services and products, including shipping and packaging services, printing estimates/orders, and other services offered by franchise owner * Process customer sales through the point-of-sale system and maintain accurate records * Up-sell, cross-sell, and actively participate in marketing and promotional initiatives * Open and close the center, cash register, and other center systems * Assist management in maintaining, ordering, and stocking inventory * Maintain the center consistent with established standards * Interact with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS couriers, other vendors, and all store staff * Sort and deposit mail in private mailboxes * Capture, complete tasks, and organize Virtual Mail * Come to work ready to learn and help others **Requirements** * Previous customer service or sales experience in a retail environment * Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to translate customer requirements into final products or services * Ability to multitask and process multiple tasks simultaneously * Effective verbal and written communication skills * Strong attention to detail and outstanding time management and organizational skills * A high school diploma or equivalent required * Valid driver's license required * Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Google Suite, Windows operating system, and other computer hardware and software * Ability to work flexible hours * Some supervisory skills preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a retail or sales environment * Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management * Knowledge of printing and shipping solutions * Experience with customer service software and systems **Physical and Safety Requirements** * Must be able to stand behind a sales counter for extended periods of time * Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds * Must be able to communicate clearly with customers by email, by phone, and in-person * May be required to operate a motor vehicle * Must perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate of $14.00 per hour * Opportunities for advancement and career growth * Flexible scheduling and work-life balance * Comprehensive training programs in management, sales, operations, print, signs, design, and marketing * Opportunities for professional development and continuing education * A fun and supportive work environment with a team of like-minded individuals **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're passionate about creating a workplace that is inclusive, supportive, and fun.
