* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, escalating complex issues to management as needed.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and customer feedback, using this information to improve customer service and drive business growth.
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education an asset.
* 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, often hectic retail environment, maintaining a positive attitude and composure under pressure.
* Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash, operating a point-of-sale system, and managing inventory.
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
