**Job Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Supporting clients and resolving their issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, video conferencing, and other digital platforms
* Providing top-notch customer service while adhering to company policies, procedures, and guidelines
* Collaborating with team members to share knowledge and best practices
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Meeting or exceeding business objectives and targets while working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
**Required Capabilities**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 6+ years of experience in customer service, financial services, or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
* Experience working with multiple computer systems, applications, and search tools to find information
* Familiarity with web, mobile, and social media technologies
**Preferred Capabilities**

* Be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Be able to meet or exceed business objectives and targets while working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
**Preparation Schedule**
Our paid training program will begin on August 26th and will last for 7 weeks. The training schedule will be CST, with a set schedule to be determined. After training, your initial schedule will be [insert schedule], with Wednesday and Saturday off. Hours and days may change based on business needs and may include working overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
