**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving policyholder inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and a positive customer experience. This is a remote work-from-home opportunity, requiring a dedicated home office or quiet workspace, high-speed internet, and a smartphone.
**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**
• Heavy phone contact with policyholders, providers, and interested third parties to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide policy information.
• Process policyholder requests from correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a timely and efficient manner.
• Review and maintain new and revised procedures regarding policy information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain department standards for number of calls, average handle time, and time management to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Utilize excellent communication, both written and oral, and organization skills to effectively resolve customer issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and professionalism.
• Demonstrate strong decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze situations and make logical conclusions.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required to meet the demands of this role.
**Requirements**
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• At least one year of office experience, preferably in a customer service or telecommunications role.
• Life and Health insurance background and knowledge of insurance operations are desired but not required.
• Strong customer service background and good phone skills are essential.
• Excellent communication, both written and oral, and organization skills are required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and professionalism.
• Demonstrated mathematical abilities and basic PC skills are necessary.
• Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze situations and make logical conclusions, are required.
• Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift is essential.
**Physical Requirements**
• Heavy phone and PC usage, sitting for extended periods of time, and frequently reaching above shoulder level.
• Fast-paced environment with high stress levels.
• Ability to work 40-hour workweek.

**Additional Requirements**
• A home office/room or quiet and designated space to work in as a remote worker is required.
• Safety is hugely important to us, you will be required to have a fire extinguisher in your home.
• You will be required to have a smart-phone and high-speed internet (20mbps upload) before you can start. Wi-Fi does not suffice, you will be provided with an Ethernet cable and workstation.
