We're committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning, where our employees can grow and thrive. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You'll provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customers, resolving routine and complex problems in a professional and efficient manner. You'll also be cross-trained in other positions within the department, enabling you to take on additional responsibilities as needed. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle an average of 110 customer interactions per 8-hour shift after 4 months in the position, including incoming and outgoing calls * Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customers * Solve routine and complex problems, escalating issues to supervisors as needed * Answer incoming customer service orders as soon as possible * Display active listening and superior customer service skills for both external and internal customers * Document activity in the DDF system * Consistently check appropriate DDF screens for report results to call back to customers * Display the ability to enter orders manually via our fax process * Display the ability to operate the phone system effectively * Adhere to work schedule and other duties as assigned **Essential Qualifications** * Ability to work independently and as a team * Must demonstrate the ability to perform different tasks they have been trained for in the call center, with retention of knowledge being a critical part of cross-training call center personnel * Computer knowledge * Strong customer service skills * Solid communication skills (including verbal, written, and listening skills) * Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities * Good organizational skills * Ability to execute and prioritize multiple tasks * Professional demeanor * Ability to type 35-40 words per minute * Flexible and adaptable to change * Medical terminology/experience preferred but not required * A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent required * Must have high-speed internet for remote work **Preferred Qualifications** * Some knowledge of computer skills * High School or better education **Benefits** arenaflex offers a competitive wage and robust benefit package to full-time employees.
