You'll be the face of our brand, and your exceptional communication skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in delivering an unforgettable customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Answer customer calls, emails, and chats during business hours (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11:00-5:00 EST) * Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries and issues, including order-related problems, delays, and shipping issues * Utilize excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions * Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including notes and follow-up actions * Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and operations, to resolve complex customer issues * Perform additional administrative tasks, such as contacting vendors and placing orders * Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and arenaflex policies to ensure accurate and informed support **Essential Qualifications:** * 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a sales or retail environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues * Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in a remote or work-from-home environment * Familiarity with arenaflex products or services * Sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong organizational and time management skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
