**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be expected to:
* Provide phone and email support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer needs
* Answer incoming requests through our multichannel system, including order entry, order status verification, and processing return orders
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to arenaflex's quality standards and procedures
* Interpret and explain detailed information about processes and procedures to customers, ensuring a high level of understanding and satisfaction
* Participate in continuous improvement activities and projects, contributing to the growth and development of our team and organization
* Demonstrate flexibility in responding to new and rapidly changing situations, adapting to evolving customer needs and market trends
* Understand how decisions impact customers, markets, and sales representatives, making informed decisions that drive business success
**What You Need**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* At least 2 years of direct Customer Service or Account Management experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* A High School diploma or GED equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills
* Experience with Salesforce and/or Systems Applications & Products (SAP), with a solid understanding of CRM and ERP systems
* Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business needs, including overtime as required
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:
* Associates or Bachelors Degree in a related field, such as Business Administration or Communications
* 3 or more years of Customer Service and Order Entry experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), or Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX), with a solid understanding of healthcare industry standards and regulations
* Experience with PowerBI and/or Genesys, with a strong understanding of data analysis and customer interaction platforms
**Compensation and Benefits**
