**The Opportunity**
arenaflex has an exciting opportunity as a Customer Service Representative (100% remote/work from home). As a Customer Service Representative, you'll manage high-volume inbound calls from our arenaflex Instant Oil Change customers nationwide, all from the comfort of your home. By joining our virtual call center, you'll eliminate your daily commute, saving time and money. You'll have the chance to work with a high-performing, diverse team, access endless growth opportunities, and receive comprehensive equipment and IT support to help you excel in your role.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Deliver world-class service to customers with issues and inquiries via phone
• Quote prices for services offered by the retail locations and their partners
• Provide information regarding stores and services to customers
• Assess customers' needs and requirements to help drive them into our stores
• Take back-to-back calls for a full 8-hour shift
• Thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
• Maintain customer relationships
• Use proprietary software programs to track calls
• Utilize research skills to troubleshoot customer issues
• Provide proactive communication to internal and external customers
• Remote position requires stable high-speed internet and ability to hardwire directly to router
**What You'll Need to Succeed:**
• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of customer service experience or call center experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented
• Ability to connect to modem/internet
• Flexibility to work late shifts and weekends
• Excellent verbal skills
