**Job Summary**
We're seeking both full-time and part-time Customer Service Representatives who can work remotely from the comfort of their own homes. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Verifying rent payments with landlords to ensure accurate reporting
* Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and targets
**Key Responsibilities**
* Verify rent payments with landlords to ensure accurate reporting
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets
* Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency with computers, including email and internet search
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* 6 months of customer service experience
* 6 months of sales experience (e.g., call center, retail, services)
* Ability to talk to customers via phone without fear or hesitation
* Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
* Ability to pass a criminal background check
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Verifiable inbound call center experience
* Proficiency with Salesforce and/or other CRM applications
* Bilingual Spanish

* Non-California CSR base hourly range: $13-$16 per hour
* California employee range: $17-$20 per hour
