You'll be proficient in servicing all product types, with a consistently increasing transaction knowledge. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Answering incoming phone calls from agents and customers, assisting with inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Documenting detailed and concise notes on all interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. * Training and assisting Associate CSRs, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge. * Processing and maintaining department SLAs by processing progressively more complex transactions and servicing customer requests with a sense of urgency and accuracy. * Performing additional tasks at the request of management, as needed. **What We're Looking For** We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative who possesses: * Associate CSR skills, with a strong focus on written and verbal communication. * Proficiency in using tools and resources available, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. * Proactive approach to customer service, anticipating needs and providing solutions. * Ability to show empathy and mentor new hires, promoting a culture of inclusivity and support. * High school education or equivalent experience, with 6 months to a year of experience working as an Associate CSR or equivalent experience. **Benefits and Perks** At arenaflex, we believe in taking care of our employees and providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports their well-being and career growth.
