**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Making continuous outbound calls to customers to verify their information and filter out small home improvement jobs
* Using an on-screen script and flowchart efficiently to ensure accurate and timely interactions
* Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions to maintain accurate and up-to-date information
* Warmly handing off consumers to our partners to ensure a smooth and efficient experience
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues
* Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

**Shifts Available**
We offer two shift options to accommodate your schedule:
* Part-time: 28 hours per week
+ Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 4pm - 9pm
+ Saturday: 9am - 5pm
* Full-time: 40 hours per week
+ Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 12pm - 8pm
+ Saturday: 9am - 5pm
