As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our existing Health Mart Atlas members, resolving issues efficiently, and following up on open matters. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career, make an impact, and be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of healthcare. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Answering inbound calls and emails from existing Health Mart Atlas members, providing timely and accurate responses, and resolving issues efficiently * Conducting outbound calls to current customers to follow up on open issues, returning voicemails, and participating in call campaigns * Providing excellent communication, customer service, time management, and follow-up skills to ensure exceptional customer experiences * Working with cross-functional teams to ensure the value proposition is clearly identified and communicated with members, including contract updates, industry news, and trends * Serving as a dedicated representative to assigned chains or buying groups once tenured in the role **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Typically 3+ years of related experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field * Excellent communication, customer service, time management, and follow-up skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically * Proficiency in using internal systems and software to resolve issues and provide accurate responses * Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry * Knowledge of PBM contracts, payment research, and reimbursement issues * Familiarity with call center software and technology * Experience working in a remote environment or with a flexible schedule **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong time management and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong customer service skills and ability to provide exceptional experiences **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
