**About the Role:**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our existing Health Mart Atlas members. This role requires excellent communication, customer service, time management, and follow-up skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
**Responsibilities:**
* Answer inbound calls and emails from existing Health Mart Atlas members, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
* Conduct outbound calls to current customers to follow up on open issues, return voicemails, and participate in call campaigns
* Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding Managed Care needs, such as adjudication issues, payment research, contract solicitations, and reimbursement issues
* Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the value proposition is clearly identified and communicated with members, including contract updates, industry news, and trends
* Serve as a dedicated representative to assigned chains or buying groups once tenured in the role
**Minimum Requirements:**
* Typically requires 3+ years of related experience in customer service or a related field
* Excellent communication, customer service, time management, and follow-up skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in using internal systems and software
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
* Knowledge of Managed Care and PBM contracts
* Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
