**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Interacting with internal departments to gather necessary information to resolve issues
* Answering and processing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner

* Developing knowledge of product lines, prices, delivery times, and similar data as required
* Entering orders into our LOS (Loan Origination System) with a focus on accuracy and compliance with internal procedures and requirements
* Working independently in a multi-department office environment
* Advising sales representatives and brokers of customer order fulfillment issues and recommended resolutions
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Strong attention to detail and excellent multi-tasking abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Access and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is preferred
* Very strong communication skills, with the ability to respond calmly and professionally to customers and vendors
* Good problem-solving abilities and the use of critical thinking skills to analyze and resolve problems in an efficient and productive manner
* Dependable team player and works well under pressure
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and 10 Key entries
**Education and Qualifications**
