**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Serving as the face of arenaflex to our customer base, providing superior customer service in a compassionate, thorough, quality, efficient, and productive manner.
* Responding to phone, mail, electronic, and fax inquiries, requests, compliments, and complaints from arenaflex's subscribers and key accounts, as well as internal departments, by taking full ownership of problems until fully resolved to customer satisfaction.
* Conducting administrative, phone support, and data processing tasks as required to support the full complement of arenaflex's service offerings.
* Providing first-line troubleshooting expertise to arenaflex's customers regarding arenaflex's equipment.
* Actively selling arenaflex services or reselling arenaflex's service(s) to customers who are canceling service.
**Additional Responsibilities (Monitoring sites)**
* Providing back-up phone support to the Call Center as requested.
**Qualifications**
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
* **Education/Experience**: A High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of related experience, preferably in Customer Service.
* **Other**: Texas licensure is required for certain sites. You'll also need demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication skills, including appropriate grammar and spelling. Excellent telephone etiquette, a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm, and knowledge of Windows applications, particularly Microsoft Word, are essential. Ability to navigate through a variety of computer applications, work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment, and possess good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong team player mentality are also required.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Level II certified as a Lifeline Monitoring Service monitor (a plus, but not required)
* Bilingual (a plus)
* Fluency in English is required.
